Alaska Logistics Job

We have 1 tugboat and 1 landing craft engineer position that we are looking to fill. 

Depending on which vessel our season in Alaska starts in April/May and ends Sept/Nov. 

 There is no rotation but vacations and breaks can be accommodated as long as there is someone to fill the position. 

There is no additional insurance at this time but all crew members are covered under the Jones Act. 

Unlicensed or Licensed Engineers’, QMEDS, Junior Engineers, Oilers, Men or Women that can trouble shoot, rebuild & Maintain Landing Craft type vessels up to 100GT, needs to be able to be versatile in 110V & 208V as well as 12 & 24VDC John Deere engines, Caterpillar, and Northern lights Gen sets, Great sense of humor required, Patience, humility, needs to be a self motivator & self Starter needs to want a sense of adventure and be drug free, willing to explore the wilds of Alaska while bringing the villagers vital supplies and amenities’. Experience using a 980 loader is a plus. 

$250-450 per day DOE.
